Welcome to Prime Build. We are a family run business based in London, Parsons Green SW6, which specialises in providing Architecture and Building services.
Prime Build brings together the collective experience of a team of Engineers, Architects, Surveyors, Builders, and Project Managers who have designed, managed and built successful projects in London for over 35 years.
We specialise in high end refurbishment and extensions to residential properties, but we have also carried out a number of International Architectural projects.
In previous years our expertise was in restoration and redevelopment of listed buildings, where we were privileged enough to have worked on some of London's most historic properties.

TOMMY TIGHE

Tommy has worked in construction in London for over 35 years, across a number of sectors with a specialism in the London residential market.
He has had the privilege to have worked on some of London’s historic buildings including the restoration of Caxton Hall and the Old Westminster Library.
TOM TIGHE
________
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Tom started his career working for a large Project and Cost Management consultancy.
He leads our high-end residential project team. With over 10 years site experience, he manages projects from inception through to completion and is our Clients’ day-to-day contact.
JAMES TIGHE
________
Prior to joining PrimeBuild, James worked as a lawyer for a large international law firm in the City where he qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
He leads our London development fund and portfolio and is one of the project managers.
